Winter Leadership Retreat: A Weekend of Prayer and Renewal

It was a beautiful and grace-filled weekend at Crieff Hills Retreat Centre as our chaplaincy students gathered for the Winter Leadership Retreat, reflecting on the theme “Artists of the Kingdom.”

Through times of silent prayer, group sharing, and the celebration of Mass, students were invited to reflect on how their own calling to leadership. We discussed how leadership emanates from being God’s work of art, and how we are all called to participate in the building of up his kingdom and to communicate the beauty of his love and goodness to the world, each in our own way. From this foundation, students explored how Christian leadership flows not simply from what we do, but from who we are in God.

Students considered how they are each called to take part in building up God’s Kingdom, using their gifts to communicate the beauty of His love and goodness in the world and within our chaplaincy community.

We are grateful to all the students who participated in the weekend, and to our parish community for your generous prayers and support. Your encouragement is a great gift and helps make these moments of growth and renewal possible.
