Please note that due to privacy concerns, we are unable to provide sacramental records to anyone without confirmation of identity. If a record is required for school or church use, we will send that information directly to them. Additionally, we can only provide sacramental records for yourself or that of your dependent.
NOTE re: Marriage Record: If you are looking for a Marriage record, please keep in mind that we can only provide the sacramental record, not the legal record, which is usually is what is required in cases of death or spousal benefits. For those, you should contact the City of Hamilton (or the City where you were married).
