Welcome Ross!

We’re happy to share some great news: after a long search, we’ve finally been able to hire Ross Ryan as our new Administration and Communications Coordinator.

A big thank you to Rikka for stepping in and helping us during this in-between time, and to our Senior Leadership Team for taking on extra responsibilities to keep things moving forward.

Ross was born and raised in Hamilton and, after living abroad for some time, now lives in Dundas with his wife and their three boys. He brings many years of experience to this role and welcomes the opportunity to serve the parish community through attentive office administration and clear communication. Outside of work, he enjoys reading history, making music, and spending time with family.

Message from Ross

Dear Friends and Fellow Parishioners,

It is a real privilege to step into this role at Canadian Martyrs. I grew up in this parish, and it feels both familiar and refreshing to serve here in a new capacity.

Much of my professional life has been spent in university settings, focused on teaching, research, and academic administration. I hope to bring that experience to this role in a way that quietly strengthens the parish’s daily work and enhances our already excellent community and chaplaincy events.

If we have not already met, please feel free to introduce yourself when you see me around the parish office or on Coffee Sunday.

Sincerely,

Ross Ryan
