A Wonderful Coffee Sunday Gathering

With rain pouring outside, many families, friends, parishioners, and students gathered after Mass for another joyful Coffee Sunday, enjoying warm hospitality, good conversation, and the opportunity to strengthen the bonds that unite our parish community.

A special highlight was Father Gregory's presentation on his recent visit home to Poland. Through a slideshow of photos, he shared many of the people and places that helped shape his vocation and his life. Parishioners enjoyed seeing his childhood home and recent photos of his family. We also recognized some familiar faces, including Archbishop Budzik and Fathers Karol and Pawel who have visited our parish on different occasions and joined us for past Coffee Sundays. It was a wonderful opportunity to know our pastor a little better and to give thanks for the people who have accompanied him throughout his journey to the priesthood.

The morning was also made special by the presence of Sister Mary Pio, our incoming Pastoral Minister, who joined us together with another Sister of Our Lady Immaculate. We were grateful for the opportunity to welcome them informally and look forward to the many ways they will enrich the life of our parish in the months ahead.

As always, our sincere thanks go to the Catholic Women's League for their generous hospitality and hard work in preparing and hosting another successful Coffee Sunday. Their ongoing service helps create opportunities for parishioners to gather, build friendships, and grow as a community of faith.

Thank you to everyone who came. Even as the rain fell outside, the parish hall was filled with warmth, laughter, and fellowship—a beautiful reminder of the faith and friendship in our parish community.

We look forward to seeing everyone again at our next Coffee Sunday in September, after the summer break.
