Space for Breathing: 8 pm Mass is Moving to 5:15 pm

Dear Parishioners and Students.

Over the past several years, our community has been growing, and we are very grateful for that growth. Our 11:30 a.m. Mass, in particular, has become a beautiful and vibrant gathering of parishioners and students.

At the same time, as our community grows, we want to make sure that our church remains a place where people can feel welcomed, connected, and able to worship without feeling crowded.

For this reason, beginning October 18, we are moving our Sunday evening Mass from 8:00 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.

We believe that 5:15 p.m. will create another opportunity for people - especially students, young adults, and parishioners who appreciate a quieter and more intimate celebration - to gather for Sunday Mass.

This Mass will be simple and prayerful, with the same homily as the Saturday 5:15 p.m. and Sunday 11:30 a.m. Masses. From time to time, we may also have fellowship after Mass and other opportunities to build community.

This change is really about creating more space for breathing: more space in our church, more space for relationships, and more space for people to encounter Christ and grow as his disciples.

We hope that the 5:15 p.m. Mass will become another doorway into the life of our parish community.

Please share this information and invitation with others.
