As the school year winds down, we’re taking a moment to pause, celebrate, and give thanks—together. Chaplaincy students are invited to attend the End-of-Year Semi-Formal Dinner Dance, an evening of food, music, laughter, and good company, as we reflect on everything this past year has held.

This year’s theme is "Treasures of Heaven," drawn from Isaiah 40:31:
“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles...”
It’s a reminder that even in the busyness and stress of student life, we’re called to something deeper—something eternal.

Come dressed in your semi-formal best and be ready for a night that’s both fun and faith-filled. We’ll enjoy a shared meal, hit the dance floor, and make a few more memories before summer begins. Whether you’ve been part of chaplaincy all year or just recently connected, you’re more than welcome.

Celebrate Easter Sunday with Us!

Easter Sunday is the joyful celebration of Christ’s Resurrection, the cornerstone of our faith. Having journeyed through Lent and the solemnity of Holy Week, we now rejoice in the victory of life over death!

Join us for Easter Mass as we proclaim the Good News, sing our Alleluias, and give thanks for the hope and new life we have in Christ.

All are welcome to share in this day of rejoicing! He is Risen! Alleluia!

The Easter Vigil is the most beautiful and profound liturgy of the Church year. On this holy night, we move from darkness to light, from death to resurrection, as we celebrate Christ’s victory over sin and death.

This solemn and joyful Mass begins in darkness with the blessing of the Easter fire and the lighting of the Paschal Candle. We listen to the story of salvation through Scripture, welcome new members into the Church through Baptism, and rejoice in the Risen Christ.

Come and experience the beauty and mystery of this sacred night as we proclaim: Christ is Risen! Alleluia!

Good Friday is one of the most solemn and profound days in the Church year. It is the day we remember Christ’s Passion and death on the Cross—His ultimate sacrifice for our salvation.

We invite you to join us as we commemorate this sacred day with the Good Friday Liturgy, which includes the reading of the Passion, the veneration of the Cross, and Holy Communion. This is a powerful time for prayer, reflection, and gratitude for the depth of God’s love.

Join us for the celebration of Mass and the beginning of the sacred Triduum. 

Holy Thursday celebrates the institution of the Eucharist as the true body and blood of Jesus Christ and the institution of the sacrament of the priesthood.

Holy Thursday Liturgy takes place, marking the end of Lent and the beginning of the sacred "Triduum,” or three, of Holy Week. These days are the three holiest days in the Catholic Church.

Parishioners are invited to join us for a Synodal Meeting, a parish gathering focused on practicing synodal listening—a way of sharing and reflecting together as a faith community. The discussion will be based on Forward Together in Christ, a synthesis of synodal conversations from the Hamilton Diocese (read all about it here).

The goal is to engage in prayerful listening and thoughtful sharing, rather than creating action plans. Parishioners should read the document beforehand to better participate in the guided small-group discussions, reflecting on key themes and how they resonate personally and as a community. 

We will be distributing the booklet the weekend of March 8/9. Please RSVP below, so we have an idea of how many to expect.
